Does everybody remember the Parity bug this summer, where an uninitialized function allowed to compromize all multisig wallets created by Parity? Well, here’s another one:
UPDATE: A user exploited an issue and thus removed the library code, as it seems unaware of the consequences.

A user on Github “accidentally” took ownership of the Parity Library Smart Contract and removed the library, rendering the ETH in the Parity wallets which make use of said Contract basically useless. Yes, they’re trapped.
